EMPRALL offers "FREE EXCHANGES"

Exchange orders may take up to 2-10 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse due to size unavailability !!

What are returns ?

Return process is a process where a customer receives a product and due some reason cannot use it and hence demands a refund for the product delivered .

As we do not offer REFUNDS currently and so we do not offer RETURNS.

( Anyhow if you have any size issue / defective product received it will be exchanged and you will be provided with your desired product with size ) 

We offer Exchanges only when you fall under these categories -

1 - Damaged / Defective product received

2 - Wrong / Different product sent

3 -  Size exchanges

Note - We recommend you to please have a look at the size chart offered on every product page and ensure you order the perfect size for you .

In case of any queries / issues you can Contact us on 8779520012 via whatsapp or call and we will be guiding you there within 24 to 48 hours ( considering these are business days and not holidays / weekends )

Also we currently do not provide any REFUNDS.

Exchange process will take at least 3-7 days to be completed and once done after that we will be shipping your new order. Please keep the timeframe in mind due to unavailability of the product sizes !!

- Please note all queries shall be solved via mail / whatsapp only and not via calls to maintain legal proof for each and every customer !!

For cancellation of order please update us within 24 hours of placing the order / before the order is shipped whichever reason is applicable first and we will cancel the order from our end.

Once the order is shipped we cannot cancel it.

 Also we provide "FREE EXCHANGES" - meaning no additonal fee is charged from customer for exchanges under genuine reason !!

 

If the customer fails to meet the criteria / provides a false reason / then the exchanges are chargeable @150/- INR 

Exchange can be availed only once per order.

After 96 hours ( 4  days ) of delivery if any request is made to exchange the products we would not be able to initiate the exchange request .

Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check by our team of professionals. All items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed with the original tags and our invoice. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.

 

FOR ORDERS BOUGHT IN " BUY 1 GET 1 " / "50% OFF SALE" / ANY OTHER SALE 

For products bought under these SALE we do not provide any kind of exchanges / Refunds .

Also if the  customer still demands for an exchange they will be eligible to pay the shipping charges to and fro from their place which are 150/-

Which means that any customer who wants to exchange the product should pay the shipping charge for the pickup of the old product from their address and also for the delivery of the new product to their address.

REFUNDS are not available for orders / purchases from SALE .
